Australian Style Institute – Ongoing Membership Programme Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to the Ongoing Membership Programme (“Membership”) offered by Australian Style Institute Pty Ltd (“ASI”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By subscribing to the Membership, you (“Member”, “you” or “your”) agree to be bound by the following terms, which supplement our general Terms and Conditions available here.
1. Membership Inclusions
1.1. The Ongoing Membership Programme is available exclusively to current and past students of ASI.
1.2. Membership provides continued access to select course content, lesson replays, group mentoring, industry updates, and member-only events, based on the original course(s) you were enrolled in.
1.3. Access to content is non-transferable and for personal, educational use only.
2. Payment Terms
2.1. The Membership is billed monthly at the rate displayed at the time of sign-up, in Australian Dollars (AUD), and is inclusive of GST where applicable.
2.2. Payment will be charged monthly to your nominated payment method on a recurring basis until the Membership is cancelled in accordance with clause 5.
2.3. If payment fails on the due date, you will have a 7-day grace period to bring your account up to date.
3. Default and Access Suspension
3.1. If full payment is not received within 7 days of the due date, your Membership will be suspended and all access to course resources and member benefits will be revoked.
3.2. ASI reserves the right to cancel your Membership without notice if overdue payments are not resolved within the grace period.
3.3. Continued non-payment may also result in a downgrade of your loyalty reward eligibility in accordance with clause 4.
4. Loyalty Rewards
4.1. Members are eligible for loyalty rewards based on consecutive months of active Membership.
4.2. Loyalty reward gifts are dispatched 8 weeks after the milestone period has been met, and only if the Membership remains active and in good standing at that time.
4.3. If a payment fails and is not resolved within the 7-day grace period, your loyalty status will be downgraded to the previous milestone, and the reward timeline will reset.
5. Cancellation and Refunds
5.1. You may cancel your Membership at any time by emailing [email protected]. Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
5.2. ASI does not offer refunds for partially used Membership periods, missed rewards due to inactivity, or retrospective cancellations.
6. General
6.1. ASI reserves the right to update or change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Notice of any material changes will be provided via email or through the Member portal.
6.2. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly. Continued use of the Membership constitutes acceptance of any changes.
6.3. These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
